How to Spa at DASA
Everything you need to know for a smooth, relaxing visit to DASA Spa from start to finish.
Scheduling an Appointment
To reserve your service, you may contact our concierge team directly or book online at your convenience.
Same-day appointments are often available, though weekends and convention dates fill quickly. Advance booking is recommended.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. This ensures enough time to complete a consultation with your spa specialist before your treatment. Should you arrive later than your scheduled time, your service will still end at the scheduled time.
Peace, Quiet, & Presence
In consideration of other spa guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone while in the spa. In consideration of your wellness, we ask that you turn your phone off and leave outside stresses for when you leave the spa.
Spa Facilities
We are a boutique spa offering four massage rooms, two of which are couples suites, and two may be facial suites; we also offer two amazing foot ritual thrones with whirlpool foot baths, and a tranquility room to enjoy between your services.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your service time of a change of appointment or cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee. For treatments made within 24 hours there is a two hour cancellation policy.
DISCOUNTS
Day at DASA Spa: Per Person - Book 3 or more 60+ minute services on a single day and receive 5% off each one
Guests of the Hyatt Regency or Grand Hyatt: 10% on your biggest service (with hotel check-in discount card)
Active Military: 10% and Thank You for Your Service
All discounts (other than day at DASA) will only be applied to one service 60 minutes or longer.
Discounts do not apply to Journeys.
